Childcare

Gateway Church is offering childcare for our participants during the Thrive Marriage Conference for children from birth through the sixth grade. Space is limited, and registration is required. The last day to register for childcare is Friday, July 8. Registration for childcare will close on Friday, July 8 or once it has reached capacity (whichever comes first). Childcare is offered compliments of Gateway Church and its volunteers. Children must be picked up at a designated time at the end of each evening and on Saturday afternoon. There is not a fee for childcare.

IMPORTANT: If you do not receive a confirmation email with your children’s names, they are not registered.

DROP-OFF TIMES

• Thursday, July 14 | 6:15 pm
• Friday, July 15, Daytime | (Childcare not provided)
• Friday, July 15, Evening | 5:45 pm
• Saturday, July 16 | 8:30 am

If you bring a nursing infant, a nursing room will be provided with a live feed of the conference.

Snacks will be provided for your children one-year-old and older. (If you have a baby, the food you provide will be given to them). You are welcome to bring your own snack for your child, however, we do have a “NO PEANUT” policy and ask that you do not bring anything made with peanuts or peanut byproducts. This includes anything containing peanut butter as well as any foods containing nuts. Thank you for helping us to ensure the safety of our children.

Childcare Cancellation

We anticipate childcare will fill up, so if you’re unable to attend or have found alternative childcare, please contact thrivechildcare@gatewaypeople.com and cancel your children’s registration to allow room for additional children. When emailing your cancellation, please include your children’s name(s) and age(s).
