Childcare

Childcare is available during evening and Saturday morning sessions only. Space is limited, and registration is required. The last day to register for childcare is Friday, July 8. Registration for childcare will close on Friday, July 8, or once it has reached capacity (whichever comes first).


REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be accepted by notifying Gateway Church in writing. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received by Thursday, June 30, 2011. The registration fee is non-refundable after Thursday, June 30, 2011.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made after Thursday, June 30, 2011. Registrations may be transferred from person to person or within your group or organization at no charge. Registrations are not transferable to future conferences. Please do not ask the Thrive staff to make exceptions to this policy.


LATE REGISTRATION

All registrations submitted after 12:00 am, Monday, July 11, 2011, will be charged the Late Registration rate.

Full Conference Rate (Late Registration)

$120 per couple or $60 per person

General Sessions Only (Late Registration)

$100 per couple or $50 per person

At-the-Door (Late Registration)

If the conference is not sold out, At-the-Door registrations will be accepted at the Late Registration rate listed above. Please enter through The Lobby and proceed directly to the Information Booths. You’ll have to complete a Late Registration form and make your payment at that time. Once registration is complete, you’ll receive your conference packet.


PAYMENT

Online payments are required at the time of registration. Payment options are as follows: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or E-check. The full amount will be charged to your account at the time you register.


SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

SCHOLARSHP OPPORTUNITIES

Each year, we offer partial scholarships to a limited number of couples based upon need and availability. If you or someone you know would like to attend Thrive but cannot due to financial restrictions, please invite them to submit a Scholarship Application for consideration. Scholarship Applications will be accepted with an application fee of $30 by check or cash. If the scholarship is not granted, a refund will be made to the applicant. Submitting an application does not guarantee a scholarship; however, it does guarantee that it will be prayerfully considered.

Scholarship Applications must be received by Friday, July 8, 2011.

 

Only paper registrations with a $30 application fee will be accepted.
